摘要
全科医师是初级卫生保障的最佳提供者,是老百姓卫生健康的“守门人”。皮肤病学是一门以形态学为基础的学科,需要医生充分把握皮肤病的多种形态特征。全科医师对皮肤病认识不足,导致皮肤病的诊断和治疗不充分,而皮肤病又是基层老百姓的常见病及多发病,因此,亟需加强皮肤病在全科医师规范化培训中的教学活动。本文初步探讨全科医师规范化培训中皮肤科教学要点。
General practitioners are the best providers of primary health care and the'gatekeepers'of people's health.Dermatology is a subject based on morphology,which requires doctors to fully grasp the various morphological characteristics of skin diseases.General practitioners have insufficient understanding of skin diseases,which leads to insufficient diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.Skin diseases are common and frequently-occurring diseases of grassroots people,therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the teaching activities of skin diseases in the standardized training of general practitioners.This paper preliminarily discusses the dermatology department teaching points in the standardized training of general practitioners.
