摘要
目的 探讨音乐疗法联合认知行为干预对颅内肿瘤术后患者睡眠质量及并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月接受脑肿瘤切除术的120例颅内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例,常规护理干预)和观察组(60例,音乐疗法联合认知行为干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分低于对照组,Herth希望量表(HHI)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我评价、自我接纳、积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 音乐疗法联合认知行为干预可改善颅内肿瘤术后患者的睡眠质量,提升自我接纳度和希望水平,促使其积极应对问题,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of music therapy combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on sleep quality and complications in patients with intracranial tumor after operation.Methods A total of 120 patients with intracranial tumors who underwent brain tumor resection from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(60 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(60 cases,music therapy combined with cognitive behavioral intervention).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Self-Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Herth Hope Index(HHI)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-evaluation,self-acceptance and positive coping in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the score of negative coping was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy combined with cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the sleep quality of patients with intracranial tumor after operation,improve self-acceptance and hope level,promote them to actively respond to problems,and reduce the incidence of complications.
