摘要
针对eSeis节点单元在施工和测试过程中出现的相关存储故障,根据该节点单元存储电路的工作原理,以关键的时钟信号流经路径为入手点展开解析,按照时钟信号演变的先后顺序,采用带电检测法(简称电检法)和时钟信号检测法对电路板上信号名称演变点的状态进行逐一检测,进而实现准确锁定电路板上故障点,达到精准高效的维修效果。
According to the working principle of the memory circuit of eSeis node unit,the key clock-signal-flow path is taken as the starting point to analyze the related memory faults in the construction and testing process of eSeis node unit.According to the sequence of clock signal evolution,the status of signal name evolution points on the circuit board is detected one by one with the on-line detection method(referred to as the electrical detection method)and the clock signal detection method,so as to achieve accurate locking of fault points on the circuit board and achieve accurate and high-efficiency maintenance effect.
