吊斗铲电抗器支架固定方式改进

摘要 8750-65型吊斗铲在长时间的采矿运行过程中,由于电抗器支架的稳固性不好,造成电气元件烧毁、支架裂纹、设备停机等故障,为了能保证设备的正常运行,分析了电抗器支架受力情况,研究并实施了电抗器支架固定方式改进方案。结果表明:此方案完全符合设备实际使用要求,减少吊斗铲故障停机时间,提高矿用设备经济运行。 In the long mining operation process,due to the poor stability of the reactor bracket,8750-65 bucket shovel causes electrical components burned,bracket cracks,equipment shutdown and other faults.In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment,the article analyzes the stress situation of the reactor bracket,and researches and implements the improvement scheme of the fixed mode of the reactor support.The results show that the scheme meets the requirements of the actual operation of the equipment and reduces the downtime of the bucket shovel,improves the economical operation of mining equipment.
