摘要
对煤炭开采各阶段的地质环境治理与生态修复工作进行科学合理规划,有利于煤炭产业的升级及清洁高效利用。以胜利西三矿为研究对象,分析了总体概况及治理现状,根据开采技术与参数对开采过程进行动态模拟;并按照基础准备期、生态转型提升和退出工业化生产生态收益期3个时期进行时间维度规划,按外排土场、内排土场、露天采场和工业场地4个区域进行空间维度规划,最终将矿区整体打造三大主题和“一心,三园,三区”的生态配置模式。治理规划具有显著的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。
The article carries out scientific and reasonable planning for the geological environment management and ecological restoration at all stages of coal mining,which is conducive to the upgrading of coal industry and clean and efficient utilization of coal.Taking Shengli Xisan Mine as the research object,this article analyzes the overall situation and governance status,and carries out dynamically simulate the mining process based on mining technology and parameters,and plans the time dimension according to three periods:the basic preparation period,the ecological transformation and improvement period,and the ecological benefits period of exiting industrial production.We plan spatial dimensions according to four areas:external waste dump,internal waste dump,open-pit mining area,and industrial site.Ultimately,the mining area will be integrated into three major themes and an ecological configuration model of“one center,three parks,and three districts”,The planning has significant economic,ecological,and social benefits.
