在社会快速发展进程中,市政工程对于其起到了不可忽视的促进作用。尤其是近些年,市政工程数量不断增多,其规模也在不断加大。在这样的背景下,人们对市政工程的要求也在不断提升。要想进一步保证市政工程建设的质量,必然要做好对其的管理工作。但是在实际的市政工程建设管理工作中,依旧存在着一些不足之处,这些不足主要表现在其质量、安全、进度等管理方面。要进一步提升市政工程建设管理效率,需要针对现存问题,探索行之有效的改善措施。文章主要对市政工程建设管理存在的问题进行阐述,并根据问题,提出一些行之有效的对策,希望能够为市政工程建设管理提供一些有效参考。
