摘要 目前轨道交通施工期监测管理存在经验欠缺、信息化水平不高等问题。为了形成一套完善的监测管理体系,在保障施工安全和质量的前提下使得轨道交通项目达到利益最大化,以深圳地铁12号线创业路站为背景,结合GIS和BIM技术构建SaaS智慧化监测平台,分别从GIS+BIM技术在监测作业中的具体应用、内业资料、运维对接以及项目管理4个方面进行阐述,进行管理总结及效果分析,为轨道交通施工期监测作业的管理模式探索一条新思路。 At present,there are some problems in the monitoring and management platform for rail transit construction period,such as lack of experience and low level of informatization.In order to form a set of perfect monitoring management system and maximize the benefits of rail transit projects under the premise of ensuring construction safety and quality,this paper takes Shenzhen Metro Line 12 Chuangye Road Station as the background,combines GIS and BIM technology to build SaaS intelligent monitoring platform,and expounds the specific application of GIS+BIM technology in monitoring operation,internal data,operation and maintenance docking and project management,and carries out management summary and effect analysis,so as to explore a new idea for the management mode of monitoring during rail transit construction period.
