摘要
通过上游围堰人工砂石胶凝材料工艺试验,分析总结了在模拟相同施工条件下,人工砂石胶凝材料相关施工工艺及参数的合理性、施工机械设备和生产系统性能的可靠性,验证了配合比在现场条件下的可操作性。最终确定碾压设备型号为柳工6626E单驱全液压单钢轮振动碾,碾压参数包括:松铺厚度按66 cm控制,行走速度控制在2.5~4 km,碾压遍数为静压2遍+动压6遍+静压2遍,填筑料VC值按3~5 s控制,变态混凝土加浆量为6%,冲毛时间间隔控制在37~38 h,冲毛机压力35~40 MPa等,可为后续围堰施工提供技术指导。
Through the technology test of artificial sandstone cementing material in the upstream cofferdam,the rationality of construction technology and parameters,the reliability of construction machinery equipment and production system performance of artificial sandstone cementing materials are analyzed and summarized under the same construction conditions.In addition,the operability of the mix ratio under site conditions is verified.Finally,the model of the rolling equipment is determined to be Liugong 6626E single-drive full-hydraulic single-drum vibratory roller.The rolling parameters included:the thickness of loose paving is controlled at 66 cm,the rolling speed is controlled at 2.5~4 km,and the number of rolling times is 2 passes of static rolling+6 passes of dynamic rolling+2 passes of static rolling,the V C value of the embankment material is controlled at 3~5 s,the amount of grout added to the metamorphic concrete is 6%,the time interval of flushing is controlled at 37~38 h,and the pressure of the flushing machine is 35~40 MPa,etc.,which can provide technical guidance for subsequent cofferdam construction.
