摘要
清季,云南边疆危机日益凸显。为应对危机,滇籍留日学生通过创办《云南》杂志,向社会各界及时报道了英法等列强入侵云南的各种行径,并提出了许多颇具建树的应对策略。同时,面对云南边疆局势逐渐恶化之际,《云南》杂志又对清政府治理滇边不力、吏治腐败等问题进行严厉批判。《云南》杂志对边疆危机的宣传报道,展现了清末云南知识分子强烈的民族意识与固边保圉的爱国之情;并为当今的边疆治理提供一定的借鉴。
In the Qing Dynasty,the border crises in Yunnan became increasingly prominent.In order to cope with the crises,Yunnan students studying in Japan,through the establishment of Yunnan Magazine,timely reported to all sectors of society the various acts of Britain,France and other powers invading Yunnan,and put forward many fruitful coping strategies.At the same time,in the face of the gradual deterioration of the situation in Yunnan's border areas,Yunnan Magazine severely criticized the Qing government’s weak governance of Yunnan’s border areas and the corruption of officials.The reports of Yunnan Magazine on the border crises showed the strong national consciousness of Yunnan intellectuals at the end of the Qing Dynasty and their patriotic feelings of consolidating the border defense,which provide some reference for today’s border governance.
