摘要
辽宁省水文监测工作2011年以后形成了覆盖主要河流、分布合理、观测完整的工程,基本满足全省防汛抗旱减灾、水利工程规划建设、水资源管理和水生态环境保护需求的水文站网监测体系。文章以辽宁为例,对水文监测数据智能化技术进行研究,主要针对水文站网络监测系统建立后,如何采集、传输、处理、编制、存储和审核水文信息,提高水文监测数据处理能力、水文数据结果审核效率和水文站网管理水平,所以对水文监测数据智能化处理就尤为重要。
Since 2011,a hydrographic station network monitoring system covering major rivers,with reasonable distribution and complete observation has been formed to basically meet the needs of flood control,drought relief and disaster reduction,water conservancy project planning and construction,water resources management and water ecological environment protection in Liaoning Province.This paper takes Liaoning Province as an example to study the intelligent technology of hydrological monitoring data,mainly aiming at how to collect,transmit,process,compile,store and review hydrological information after the establishment of the hydrological station network monitoring system,so as to improve the processing capacity of hydrological monitoring data,the efficiency of hydrological data results audit and the management level of hydrological station network.Therefore,the intelligent processing of hydrological monitoring data is particularly important.
