盾构超近距斜交上跨既有隧道的数值与实测分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究盾构超近距斜交上跨施工对既有隧道的影响,以郑州地铁7号线上跨4号线工程为对象,利用数值模拟研究盾构上跨斜穿时既有隧道的应力分布和变形规律,分析不同土仓压力和注浆压力下既有隧道的变形特征,并结合现场实测数据验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性。结果表明:上跨穿越时既有隧道快速上浮,过交叉点15m后受开挖的影响逐渐消失;提高注浆压力和土仓压力能有效控制既有隧道上浮,但土仓压力提升对既有隧道上浮的控制效果要弱于注浆压力的提升;上跨穿越施工时,实测既有隧道的变形规律与数值模拟结果基本一致,研究结果可为后续类似工程顺利实施提供指导及借鉴。 In order to study the influence of Metro shield tunnel slanted over crossing the existing tunnel in close range,Line 7 overcrossing Line 4 of Zhengzhou Metro was selected as the study object.The stress distribution and deformation law of the existing tunnel was studied when the shield obliquely cross the existing tunnel,and the deformation characteristics of the existing tunnel under different support pressures and grouting pressures was analyzed by numerical simulation.After that,the reliability of the numerical simulation results was verified by the field measured data.The results show that the existing tunnel moving upward rapidly during crossing period,and has little effect by excavation after the shield crosses the intersection over 15m.The increase of grouting pressure and support pressure can effectively control the uplift of the existing tunnel,but the control effect of support pressure on the uplift of the existing tunnel is weaker than that of grouting pressure.Therefore,the relevant research results can provide effective support for the similar projects.
