竹皮纸桥梁结构选型及软件分析与优化

摘要 竹皮纸桥梁结构大赛给土木工程本科专业学生提供了一个很好的综合应用专业知识解决实际问题的平台。由于竹皮纸材料的模型制作不同于实际钢筋混凝土材料,开始的桥梁选型至关重要,根据大赛提供的竹皮纸材料力学性能和模型初步尺寸以及加载要求,再结合不同组合桥梁受力特点,首先进行桥梁选型(斜拉桥和梁-桁架桥),之后确定具体模型尺寸并运用3D3S软件模拟加载分析,得出两种桥梁模型受力后最大位移值和最大位移产生的位置,基于此,制作实物模型,特别对软件分析最不利位置进行了加固处理,以在后期实际比赛中能更好地完成三级加载,同时为竹皮纸模型选型及设计制作提供一定的参考数据。 The Bamboo Paper Bridge Structure Competition provides a great platform for undergraduate civil engineering students to comprehensively apply professional knowledge to solve practical problems.Due to the fact that the model production of bamboo paper material is different from the actual reinforced concrete material,the initial bridge selection is crucial.Based on the mechanical properties of bamboo paper material and the preliminary dimensions and loading requirements of the model provided in the competition,combined with the stress characteristics of different combination bridges,the bridge selection(cable-stayed bridge and beam truss bridge)isfirst carried out,and then the specific model size is determined and simulated for loading analysis using 3D3S software,obtain the maximum displacement values and positions of the maximum displacement generated by two types of bridge models under stress.Based on this,a physical model was created,and the most unfavorable positions were reinforced through software analysis,in order to better complete the three-level loading in the later actual competition.At the same time,it provides certain reference data for the selection and design of bamboo paper mold types.
