摘要
为满足社会发展需要,医院高层建筑施工项目逐渐增多,其中,医院暖通空调施工作为基础部分,在建设过程中需强化技术运用,处理好管道冲突,延长建筑使用寿命。重点围绕医院高层建筑暖通空调施工技术要点开展研究,先对施工案例进行剖析,之后逐一分析预留预埋、水系统安装试压、暖通系统安装、风管结构、主机系统施工内容。研究表明,在管道设置中需强化定位管控,确保精准性,并结合工程需求科学管控保温层处理以及风管系统吊装等关键点,这样才能够保障工程的科学性,保证工程质量。
In order to meet the needs of social development,the number of high-rise hospital building construction projects is gradually increasing.Among them,hospital HVAC construction is the basic part,and in the construction process,it is necessary to strengthen the application of technology,handle pipeline conflicts well,and extend the service life of the building.In view of this situation,this article will focus on the key points of HVAC construction technology in high-rise hospital buildings.Firstly,the construction case will be elaborated,and then the construction content of reserved embedment,water system installation and pressure testing,HVAC system installation,air duct structure,and host system will be analyzed one by one.After analysis,it is concluded that in pipeline setting,it is necessary to strengthen positioning control,ensure accuracy,and scientifically control key points such as insulation layer treatment and air duct system lifting in combination with engineering needs,in order to ensure the scientific nature of the project.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for industry stakeholders.
