摘要
加强农村的绿色基础设施建设是实现农业高质量、可持续发展的关键。基于DEA-Malmquist指数法测算中国30个省份农业全要素生产率,并在此基础上构建计量模型探究农村绿色基础设施投资对其的影响。研究发现:强化农村绿色基础设施投资能够显著提高农业全要素生产率,并且可促进农业技术进步和农业技术效率提升;影响程度可按照东部、中部、西部从小到大的顺序排列;基于空间效用发现,农村绿色基础设施投资对于提高农业全要素生产率具有正向溢出效应,且溢出效应要大于直接效应。因此,应加大农村绿色基础设施投入、优化投资结构以及完善绿色基础设施建设以推进实现农业现代化。
Strengthening the construction of green infrastructure in rural areas is the key to achieving high-quality and sustainable agri-cultural development.Based on the DEA Malmquist index method,this paper calculates the agricultural total factor productivity of 30 provinces in China,and constructs an econometric model to explore the impact of rural green infrastructure investment on it.It is found that strengthening rural green infrastructure investment can promote the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity,and the degree of impact can be arranged in the order of the East,the Middle,and the West from small to large,and agricultural technological progress;Based on the spatial utility discovery,rural green infrastructure investment has a positive spillover effect on improving agricultural total factor productivity,and the spillover effect is greater than the direct effect.With the increase in investment,the improvement effect of agricultural total factor productivity gradually decreases.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the realization of agricultural modernization,such as building a diversified investment mechanism for rural green infrastructure,optimizing the investment structure,and improving the construction of green infrastructure.
