摘要
文化养老是一种基于老年群体内在精神文化需要而产生的高层次养老方式,党和国家高度重视老年人的文化养老需求。采用文献研究法、比较分析法梳理山东省文化养老的政策和当前文化养老的基本形式,研究发现山东省文化养老存在文化养老资源不足、认知不足、形式单一等问题。基于此,从打造多元化文化养老供给模式,创新丰富文化养老内容,依托传统文化推进文化养老产业发展等方面提出对策建议。
Cultural elderly care is a high-level elderly care method based on the inherent spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly population,The Party and the state attach great importance to the cultural elderly care needs of the elderly.After using literature research and comparative analysis methods to sort out the policies and basic forms of cultural elderly care in Shandong Province,the study found that cultural elderly care in Shandong Province has problems such as insufficient cultural elderly care resources,insufficient cognition,and a single form.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to create a diversified supply model for cultural elderly care,innovate and enrich the content of cultural elderly care,and promote the development of the cultural elderly care industry relying on traditional culture.
