摘要
对某项目中工业煤粉锅炉中NO_(x)生成及排放量进行了简要研究,结果表明:煤质对NO_(x)的生成和排放有影响,燃用神府东胜高氮煤时,炉内NO_(x)生成量较高,达到225.28 mg/m^(3),SCR出口NO_(x)排放量也较高,达到了21.55 mg/m^(3);燃用设计的低氮低热值煤时,炉内NO_(x)生成量较低,为213.37 mg/m^(3),SCR出口NO_(x)排放量也较低,为16.74 mg/m^(3)。
A brief study on NO_(x) generation and emission from industrial pulverized coal-fired boilers was carried out.The results show that coal quality has an effect on NO_(x) generation and emission.When using Shenfu Dongsheng District high nitrogen coal,the NO_(x) production in the furnace is higher,reaching 225.28 mg/m^(3),and the NO_(x) emission from SCR outlet is also higher,reaching 21.55 mg/m^(3).When the designed low nitrogen and low calorific value coal is burned,the NO_(x) production in the furnace is lower,reaching 213.37 mg/m^(3),the output of NO_(x) from SCR was 16.74 mg/m^(3).
