摘要
为满足国家日益增长的水泥进出口需求,亟需将旧运输船改装为水泥自卸船。文章充分研究了水泥在运输过程中的流动性问题,解决水泥自卸船工作过程中自卸效率低下的问题,设计水泥自卸船的自卸结构,防止水泥饼结阻流,提高流动效率。“MV ARDITA”运输船改装为水泥自卸船的技术思路有效可行,水泥自卸结构安全高效,为相关工程实际提供了理论依据和经验借鉴。
In order to meet the growing demand for cement import and export in China,it is urgent to convert the old transport ship into a cement self-unloading ship.The paper totally studies the fluidity problem of cement during transportation,and solves the low cement unloading efficiency of a working cement self-unloading ship.In addition,it designs a self-unloading structure of the cement self-unloading ship to prevent cake stagnation and improve flow efficiency.The technical idea of converting the “MV ARDITA” transport ship into a cement self-unloading ship is effective and feasible,and the self-unloading structure is safe and efficient,which provides a theoretical basis and experience reference for the relevant engineering practice.
