摘要
目的分析2020—2021年南京市人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况以及合并梅毒感染的流行病学资料,为南京市制定精准的HIV科学防治策略提供依据。方法回顾并分析2020年1月—2021年12月在南京市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)艾滋病确证实验室首次诊断为HIV阳性及合并梅毒感染者的临床资料。结果2020—2021年共接收3484份HIV初筛有反应样本,经复检和确证后,有1679份确证HIV阳性的感染者样本纳入分析,其中男性1500例,占比为89.34%,阳性率为61.07%;20~29岁年龄段有531例感染,占比为31.63%,阳性率为61.96%;汉族共1606例感染者,占比为95.65%;来源于医院、CDC的感染者分别有1221例、355例,占比分别为72.72%、21.14%,阳性率分别为44.64%、87.87%。有520例HIV阳性合并梅毒共同感染患者,其中男性489例,占比为94.04%;30~39岁年龄段有159例HIV阳性合并梅毒感染患者,占比为30.59%,阳性率为42.63%;汉族505例共同感染者,占比为97.11%;78.46%的共同感染者来源于医院。结论南京市新发HIV感染及合并梅毒感染患者主要以中青年男性为主,应加强知识普及和重点人群干预,以有效控制艾滋病和梅毒传播。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection and combined with syphilis infection in Nanjing from 2020 to 2021,and to provide a basis for formulating accurate scientific HIV prevention and treatment strategies in Nanjing City.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for HIV-positive infection and combined with syphilis infection in acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)confirmation laboratory of Nanjing Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)from January 2020 to December 2021.Results From 2020 to 2021,a total of 3484 samples with initial screening response were received,and after retesting and confirmation,1679 samples from HIV-positive infected patients were included in the analysis.Among them,there were 1500 male cases,accounting for 89.34%,and the positive rate was 61.07%.There were 531 cases of infection between the age group of 20-29 years old,accounting for 31.63%,and the positive rate was 61.96%.A total of 1606 cases of Han nationality were infected,accounting for 95.65%.There were 1221 cases of infection from hospitals and 355 cases from CDC,accounting for 72.72%and 21.14%respectively,and the positive rates were 44.64%and 87.87%.There were 520 cases of AIDS and syphilis co-infection,and 489 cases were male,accounting for 94.04%.There were 159 cases of AIDS combined with syphilis in the age group of 30-39 years old,accounting for 30.59%,and the positive rate was 42.63%.A total of 505 cases of co-infection were among Han nationality,accounting for 97.11%.There were 78.46%of the co-infected patients from hospitals.Conclusion The new HIV and AIDS combined with syphilis infection in Nanjing is mainly middle-aged and young men,and knowledge popularization and intervention of key groups should be strengthened to effectively control the transmission of AIDS and syphilis.
