摘要
目的观察阶梯式耳穴贴压镇痛模式在急性肾绞痛患者重度疼痛中的辅助镇痛效果。方法用随机数字表法将100例患者分为对照组(50例)和试验组(50例),对照组予以常规镇痛、解痉药物治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予阶梯式耳穴贴压镇痛模式,并观察患者治疗后肾绞痛持续时间、疼痛评分等。结果共94例患者完成本研究,其中对照组48例、试验组46例。干预后,试验组患者治疗后肾绞痛持续时间(19.80±4.75)min短于对照组的(30.17±4.75)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组患者随着干预时间推移,疼痛评分呈现下降趋势,试验组下降速度更快,差异有统计学意义(F交互=47.168,P<0.001);对照组60 min补救性镇痛率12.50%,试验组均未使用补救性镇痛措施,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);试验组不良反应发生率(4.35%)低于对照组(18.75%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。结论阶梯式耳穴贴压镇痛模式可缓解急性肾绞痛患者的疼痛程度。
Objective To observe the auxiliary effect of analgesic pattern of stepwise auricular acupoint sticking on patients with severe acute renal colic.Methods Totally 100 patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table.Patients in control group received routine analgesic drugs and antispasmodics.Patients in observation group received analgesic pattern of stepwise auricular acupoint sticking based on routine drugs.The duration of renal colic after trentment and pain scores of patients were observed.Results Totally 94 patients compeleted the research,among which 48 cases were in control group and 46 cases were in observation.The duration of renal colic after treatment was shorter in observation group(19.80±4.75)min than in control group(30.17±4.75)min after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.001).Pain scores of patients in two groups were declining over time in intervention,but the pain score in obsrevation group declined faster and the difference was significant(F-interaction=47.168,P<0.001).The incidence of remedial analgesia in 60min was 12.50%in control group,while observation group didn't perform remedial analgesia,and the difference was significant(P=0.040).The incidence of adverse effects was 4.35%in observation group,which was lower than 18.75%in control group,and the difference was significant(P=0.030).Conclusion Analgesic pattern of stepwise auricular acupoint sticking can relieve pain level for patients with severe acute renal colic.
