摘要
目的分析乙肝疫苗免疫规划对降低乙肝病毒感染的效果。方法选取2002年1月前乙肝疫苗未纳入儿童免疫规划管理的300名新生儿设定为对照组,另选2021年1~12月我院加强乙肝疫苗免疫规划的300名新生儿设为观察组,比较两组新生儿家长免疫规划知晓程度(包括接种疫苗类型、免疫规划疫苗范围、接种疫苗注意事项)、乙肝病毒感染率、新生儿免疫接种实施情况及疫苗接种合格率。结果观察组新生儿家长对接种疫苗类型、免疫规划疫苗范围、接种疫苗注意事项等免疫规划知晓评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组新生儿乙肝疫苗接种率及疫苗接种合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乙肝病毒感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乙肝疫苗免疫规划对降低乙肝病毒感染具有显著的效果,并有利于提高新生儿家长对乙肝疫苗接种相关知识的了解程度。
Objective To analyze the effect of hepatitis B vaccine immunization program on reducing hepatitis B virus infection.Methods A total of 300 newborns with hepatitis B vaccine not included in the childhood immunization program before January 2002 were selected as the control group,and 300 newborns with hepatitis B vaccine immunization program strengthened in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The awareness level of parents'immunization program of the two groups was compared(indicators included type of vaccine,scope of immunization program vaccine,precautions for vaccination),hepatitis B virus infection rate,neonatal immunization implementation and vaccination qualification rate.Results The scores of parents'awareness of immunization programs such as vaccination type,vaccination scope and vaccination precautions in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the hepatitis B vaccine coverage rate and vaccination qualification rate of newborns in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of HBV was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccine immunization program has a significant effect on reducing hepatitis B virus infection,and is helpful to improve parents'understanding of hepatitis B vaccination.
