摘要
针对当前空调产品低碳、绿色的设计需求,本文提出一种空调产品的绿色设计方法。首先,采用调查问卷的方法获取空调产品的绿色需求,整理为需求层次结构树,采用层次分析法确定绿色需求的权重;其次,采用质量功能展开方法,将空调产品的绿色需求转化为产品的技术特性,计算出各技术特性的权重,明确出具有相互冲突的技术特性;最后,对于具有冲突的产品技术特性,结合TRIZ创新理论,从40个发明原理中找出解决技术矛盾的思路与方法,并提出具体的产品结构设计方案。这套空调产品的绿色设计方法,不仅能满足产品的绿色需求,而且能最大限度地提高空调产品的设计质量,它为设计者提供了有效的设计方法和支撑工具。这套绿色设计方法可为产品的设计与开发提供参考思路。
To address the current low-carbon and green design requirements of air-conditioning products,a green design method for air-conditioning products was proposed.First,the green demand of air-conditioning products was obtained by means of a questionnaire,organized into a demand hierarchy tree,and the weight of green demand was determined by the analytic hierarchy process;secondly,the green demand of air-conditioning products was transformed into the product's Technical characteristics,calculate the weight of each technical characteristic,and identify conflicting technical characteristics;finally,for conflicting product technical characteristics,combined with TRIZ innovation theory,find out the ideas and methods to solve technical contradictions from 40 invention principles,and put forward a specific product structure design scheme.The green design method of air-conditioning products can not only meet the green requirements of products,but also maximize the design quality of air-conditioning products.It provides designers with effective design methods and supporting tools.This set of green design methods can provide reference ideas for product design and development.
