摘要
空调室外机电控板上使用的大功率器件数量随着空调功能升级而增多,同时产生的散热问题亟待解决,为提高空调外电控的散热性能,本文提出了一种负压散热方案,该方案通过新型的风道设计大幅提升了元器件的散热性能。实验表明该方案能够有效降低电控板主要功率器件的温度。
The number of high-power devices used on the control board of the outdoor electric control of the air conditioner increases with the upgrade of the air conditioner function,and the heat dissipation problem generated at the same time needs to be solved urgently.In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of the air conditioner external electric control,this paper proposes a negative pressure heat dissipation scheme.The scheme greatly improves the heat dissipation performance of the components through the new air duct design.Experiments show that this scheme can effectively reduce the temperature of the main power devices of the electronic control board.
