摘要
介绍了往复式压缩机壳体奥氏体不锈钢铸件的铸造过程。根据铸件的结构特点设置冒口和冷铁的数量与位置;利用计算模拟技术,优化铸造工艺,解决了铸件的补缩问题;通过应用3D打印砂芯技术,保证了铸件尺寸精度。生产验证得到符合技术要求的铸件。
The casting process of austenitic stainless steel casting for reciprocating compressor housing was introduced.The number and position of risers and chills were set according to the specific structure of the casting.The shrinkage of castings was solved by using the computational simulation technology.Through the application of 3D printing sand core technology,the dimensional accuracy of castings in the process of core formation were ensured.The castings that meet the technical requirements are produced.
