摘要
全民公益性是我国国家公园建设的核心理念之一,国家公园全民公益性的体现对于激发人民群众的生态保护意识、增强生态文明观念,推动国家公园共建共享、促进人与自然和谐共生具有重大意义,深入理解全民公益性理念并探索其高质量实现路径,也是新时期深入推进我国国家公园建设的重要目标之一。在分析国家公园建设的根本遵循、落实国家公园全民公益性理念的客观要求和挑战的基础上,运用马克思主义生态观,从顶层设计的角度,做好合理调控、统筹谋划,着力搭建好自然教育和生态体验平台,积极推进国家公园关联社区的绿色协调发展,不断强化科技创新,加快推进新时期国家公园建设,高质量推动全民公益性的实现。
Public welfare is one of the core concepts for national parks in China.The embodiment of public welfare in national parks is of great significance to improve people’s awareness of ecological protection,enhance the concept of ecological civilization,promote the joint construction and sharing of national parks,and enhance the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.To deeply understand and grasp the concept of public welfare and explore its high-quality realization path is also one of the important goals to further promote the construction of national parks in China in the new era.On the basis of analyzing the objective requirements and challenges of the fundamental compliance and implementation of the concept of public welfare of national parks,applying the Marxist ecological concept,from the perspective of top-level design,this paper suggests to make reasonable regulation and overall planning,strive to build good natural education and experience platforms,and actively explore and promote the green and coordinated development of national park-related communities.We should accelerate the construction of national parks in the new era through the continuous introduction and innovation of science and technology,and promote the realization of public welfare with high quality.
