摘要
目的 研究凉血消风散与阿维A胶囊联合对银屑病的效果以及对T淋巴细胞与含PEST的核蛋白(PCNP)的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年6月开封市人民医院收治的122例寻常型银屑病(PV)患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将患者分为试验组(61例)与对照组(61例)。对照组接受阿维A胶囊治疗,试验组接受阿维A胶囊联合凉血消风散治疗。分析治疗前后两组临床疗效、病情严重程度、瘙痒程度、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、T淋巴细胞亚群、PCNP水平及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果 联合组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组银屑病皮损面积和皮损严重性指数(PASI)、瘙痒程度及DLOI评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD8^(+)、PCNP水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 凉血消风散与阿维A胶囊联合治疗可改善患者的临床症状,提高机体免疫,下调外周血PCNP水平,增加临床疗效,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the effect of Liangxue Xiaofeng powder combined with acitretin capsules on psoriasis and the effects of T lymphocytes and PEST-containing nuclear protein(PCNP).Methods A total of 122 patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PV)treated in Kaifeng People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group(61 cases)and control group(61 cases).The control group was treated with acitretin capsules and the experimental group was treated with acitretin capsules combined with Liangxue Xiaofeng powder.The clinical efficacy,the severity of the disease,pruritus score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score,T lymphocyte subgroup,the level of PCNP before and after treatment and the adverse reactions of patients during treatment were analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the psoriasis area,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),pruritus score and DLOI score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+,PCNP were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Xiaofeng powder combined with acitretin capsules can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve immune function,reduce the level of peripheral blood PCNP,increase the clinical efficacy of patients,with less adverse reactions.
