摘要
目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者通过采取多索茶碱基础治疗联合布地格福气雾剂治疗效果和肺功能的影响以及对临床方面的应用。方法:选取2021年1月—2021年6月扬州大学建湖临床医学院呼吸与危重医学科收治的72例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对照组予以多索茶碱治疗,观察组予以通过采取多索茶碱基础治疗联合布地格福气雾剂治疗,治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能、治疗效果以及治疗期间不良反应。结果:治疗后第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)与对照组相比,观察组水平提高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.882、5.864,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗效果较为明显,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.182,P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应较少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.258,P<0.05)。结论:COPD稳定期患者通过采取多索茶碱基础治疗联合布地格福气雾剂治疗的,可以提高临床效果,改善肺功能,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment efficacy and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in the stable stage by taking doxorubicin base therapy combined with budegeflo aerosol and the application to clinical aspects.Methods:72 patients admitted to the medical school from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with doxorubicin and the observation group was treated with doxorubicin base therapy combined with budegefol aerosol for 6 months.Pulmonary function,treatment effect and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of first second expiratory volume(FEV_(1)) and FEV_(1)/exertional spirometry(FVC) increased in the observation group compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.882,5.864,P<0.05).The treatment effect was more significant in the observation group compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.182,P<0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.258,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with stable COPD treated with doxorubicin base therapy combined with budegeflo aerosol can improve clinical outcomes,improve lung function,and reduce the incidence of adverse effects.
