基层医疗卫生机构人力资源管理中激励策略的应用分析

摘要 当前,许多基层医疗机构的人力资源管理水平跟不上医疗卫生事业发展的步伐,基层医疗机构的人力资源管理存在许多问题,比如基础医疗机构没有健全的人力资源竞争体系、没有对人力资源管理进行科学规划和合理供给预测、高层次的专业人才大量流失、没有专业的人才管理理念与人才激励机制,这给人力资源管理工作带来了很大的压力。基层医疗机构要提高医疗服务质量,尽快进行资源管理,通过应用激励策略,探讨人力资源激励策略实施的优势。在此基础上,本文提出了加强基层医疗工作人员福利保障、全面支持基础医疗设施建设、关注工作人员的物质奖励和精神激励等措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考,以增强基层医疗队伍的人才凝聚力,迎接新的挑战。 Due to the continuous development and progress of the medical and health industry,the human resource management level of many grassroots medical institutions cannot keep up with the pace of the development of the medical and health industry.There are many problems in the human resource management of grassroots medical institutions,such as the lack of a sound human resource competition system in basic medical institutions,the lack of scientific planning and reasonable supply forecasting for human resource management,and the massive loss of high-level professional talents.The lack of professional talent management concepts and incentive mechanisms has brought great pressure to the development of human resource management work.Even though the healthcare system is constantly improving and becoming more diverse,the changing times have put forward new requirements for grassroots healthcare.In order for grassroots medical institutions to adapt to the requirements of the times as soon as possible,they must adjust the quality level of medical services and carry out resource management as soon as possible.Starting from the incentive strategy of human resource management,by using incentive strategies,the advantages of implementing human resource incentive strategies are explored.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the welfare guarantee for grassroots medical staff,fully support the construction of basic medical facilities,pay attention to measures such as material rewards and spiritual incentives for staff,with the aim of providing reference and reference for relevant personnel to enhance the talent cohesion of the basic medical team and meet new challenges.
