摘要
为给香梨生产过程中氮肥的合理施用提供科学依据,对树龄为6年的库尔勒香梨树进行研究,在香梨年生长的不同生育期,采用土钻分层取土法取样,研究了0、150、300、450 kg/hm^(2) 4个施氮水平(分别用N0、N1、N2、N3表示)下对库尔勒香梨园土壤碳素剖面分布和累积的影响。研究表明,随生育期的进行和土层深度的加深,果园土壤有机碳、无机碳、全碳含量和累积量都逐渐减少。有机碳剖面分布以表层(0~20 cm)含量最高,随土层的加深逐渐降低。无机碳剖面分布以表层(0~20 cm)最高,随土层加深呈现出高-低-高-低型波动变化。0~20 cm土层土壤中有机碳组分占比和累积量占比都较100~120 cm底层的占比大,无机碳则相反。无机碳含量与有机碳含量显著正相关,相关系数为0.221,二者之间存在转换关系,部分有机碳转化为碳酸盐。施氮处理较不施氮处理能够显著提升土壤中有机碳、无机碳、全碳含量和累积量,以N2处理效果为佳,在膨果期N2处理较N0处理有机碳、无机碳、全碳含量分别提高20%、40%、31%。以减少果园土壤碳素流失、提高碳素含量为目的,推荐6年树龄库尔勒香梨生产过程中以300 kg/hm^(2)的施氮量为最佳。
In order to provide a scientific basis for the rational application of nitrogen fertilizer in the production process of fragrant pear,the effects of nitrogen 0,150,300,450 kg/hm^(2)(expressed by N0,N1,N2,N3,respectively)fertilization on the distribution and accumulation of the soil carbon in the profile were studied at the different growth stages of the fragrant pear year,and the soil drill layering sampling method was adopted.It showed that the soil organic carbon,inorganic carbon,total carbon content and accumulation of orchards gradually decreased with the growth period and the depth of the soil layer.The organic carbon profile distribution was the highest in the surface layer(0-20 cm),which gradually decreased with the deepening of the soil layer.The distribution of inorganic carbon in the profile was the highest in the surface layer(0-20 cm),and the fluctuation of high-low-high-low type was shown with the deepening of the soil layer.The proportion and accumulation of organic carbon components in 0-20 cm soil were larger than those in the bottom layer of 100-120 cm,while those of the inorganic carbon were the opposite.The inorganic carbon content was significantly positively correlated with the organic carbon content,with a correlation coefficient of 0.221,and there was a conversion relationship between them,and some organic carbon was converted to carbonate.The nitrogen treatment significantly improved the content and accumulation of organic carbon,inorganic carbon and total carbon in the soil,and the N2 treatment effect was better,and the content of organic carbon,inorganic carbon and total carbon in the fruits welling stage increased by 20%,40%and 31%,respectively,compared with the N0 treatment.In order to reduce the soil carbon loss and increase the carbon content of the orchard,it is recommended that the nitrogen application rate of 300 kg/hm^(2) is optimal in the production of the 6-year-old Korla fragrant pear.
