摘要
在生育率降低、人均寿命延长的共同作用下,未来10年我国人口老龄化现象将愈发严重,必将进入深度老龄化社会。通过借鉴日本、欧洲多国的老龄化相关产业投融资经验,针对养老产业提出适应我国老龄化社会发展的投融资对策。政府加强宣传和示范作用、提出针对性政策进行投融资引导,构建多元主体参与投融资的体系建设,创新发展养老产业相关金融工具,管控养老产业投融资风险,注重产业、手段的融合发展,为养老产业可持续性发展助力。
Under the combined effect of the reduction of fertility rate and the extension of average life expectancy,the aging phenomenon of China’s population will become more and more serious in the next ten years,and it will certainly enter a deeply aging society.This paper drew on the investment and financing experience of the aging industry in Japan and many European countries,and put forward investment and financing countermeasures to adapt to the development of aging society in China.The government will strengthen its publicity and demonstration role,put forward targeted policies for investment and financing guidance,build a system in which multiple entities participate in investment and financing,innovate and develop financial instruments related to the pension industry,control investment and financing risks in the pension industry,and pay attention to the integrated development of industries and means to help the sustainable development of the pension industry.
