摘要
菏泽市居家和社区养老服务已形成“一平台、一中心、多站点”居家养老服务网络和“机构+社区+居家”全方位养老服务模式,但在日常照料、文化养老等方面仍存在不足。为推动菏泽养老服务业高质量发展,菏泽市应借鉴国内外居家和社区养老服务改革的先进经验,建设融全龄养老、智慧养老、文化养老于一体的老年友好社区,从而打造居家和社区养老服务的“菏泽样板”。
Currently,Heze’s home and community elderly service has established a home elderly service network with“one platform,one program,and multiple stations”and a comprehensive elderly service model of“institution+community+home”.However,there are still deficiencies in daily care and cultural elderly care.To promote the high-quality development of Heze’s elderly service industry,it is necessary for Heze to draw on the advanced experience of home and community elderly service reforms both domestically and internationally.The aim is to create a senior-friendly community that integrates all-age elderly care,intelligent elderly care,and cultural elderly care,thereby establishing the“Heze model”of home and community elderly service.
