摘要
以某举升机构的支撑底座为分析对象,运用三维软件进行实体三维建模,并通过ANSYS对支撑底座进行预应力条件下的有限元分析,探究支撑底座在实际工况下的静动态特性。通过静力学分析可知,支撑底座的强度满足选材设计要求,同时结合应变云图发现,结构的应变量很小,满足实际变形量要求。最后根据结构的受力情况,对支撑底座进行了在预应力条件下的模态分析,发现整体结构不会发生共振,为选用合适的驱动电机提供了依据。
Based on the support base of a lifting mechanism as the analysis object,the 3D software was used to carry out the solid 3D modeling,and the finite element analysis of the support base under the prestress state was carried out through ANSYS to explore the static and dynamic characteristics of the support base under the actual working conditions.Accorded to the static analysis,the strength of the support base met the requirements of the material selection design.At the same time,combined with the strain nephogram,it was found that the structural strain was very small and met the actual deformation requirements.Finally,accorded to the stress condition of the structure,the modal analysis of the support base under the pre-stressed condition was carried out,it was found that the resonance of the whole structure would not occur basically,which provided a basis for selecting the appropriate drive motor.
