摘要
巷道锚杆支护作业流程分多道工序。自动化锚杆作业车将锚杆支护工序进行整合,可以连续完成整个流程,实现全机械化作业。通过分析支护流程步骤,可将整个流程分步写入电控箱控制器内,达到一键全自动支护的效果。相较于使用手持锚杆钻机作业,具有施工连续、工作强度低、安全性高等优点。
The roadway bolt support operation process is divided into multiple procedures.The automatic anchor vehicle will integrate the bolt support process,which can continuously complete the whole process and realize fully mechanized operation.By analyzing the support process steps,the whole process can be written into the electric control box controller step by step to achieve the effect of one-key automatic support.Compared with the hand-held anchor drilling rig,it has the advantages of continuous construction,low working intensity and high safety.
