摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理模式对降低ARDS俯卧位通气患者并发症的临床效果。方法:选择重庆某三甲医院重症医学科2020年1月-12月收治的41例ARDS俯卧位通气患者作为对照组,予以常规护理;2021年1月-12月收治的46例ARDS俯卧位通气患者作为观察组,按照集束化护理方案予以干预,比较两组患者非计划拔管、压力性损伤、气道堵塞、误吸及体位性低血压的发生情况。结果:集束化方案应用后,观察组患者非计划拔管、压力性损伤、误吸和体位性低血压发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理对预防和减少ARDS俯卧位通气患者并发症的发生效果显著,有利于提高护理质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cluster nursing mode on the prevention of complications in prone ventilation patients with ARDS.Methods:41 patients with ARDS prone ventilation admitted from January to December 2020 in the Intensive Care Department of a Grade-Three hospital in Chongqing were selected as the control group for routine care,and 46 patients with ARDS prone ventilation admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group for intervention according to the cluster nursing scheme.The incidence of unplanned extubation,pressure injury,airway obstruction,aspiration and postural hypotension were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of unplanned extubation,pressure injury,aspiration and postural hypotension in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cluster nursing on the prevention and reduction of complications in prone ventilation patients with ARDS is significant,which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing,and worthy of clinical popularization.
