摘要
目的:了解某医院2021-2022年中药注射剂的使用情况,以为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:对某医院2021-2022年中药注射剂的用药品种、用药数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDDc)等,采用医院计算机HIS信息系统进行统计分析。结果:2022年某医院使用中药注射剂品种数目比2021年减少了2个,2022年中药注射剂销售金额比2021年减少了30万元,在2021-2022年度里,灯盏细辛、炎琥宁、血栓通用药频度(DDDs)均位居前三位,脾多肽日均费用(DDDc)均位居第一位,斑蝥酸钠均位于第二位。结论:某医院2021-2022年中药注射剂用药频度和日均费用基本控制在合理范围内,但仍应当加强前三名的用药监测和医嘱点评等管控措施,促进中药注射剂安全合理使用。
To understand the use of TCM injections in a hospital from 2021 to 2022,and to provide reference for rational clinical use of TCM injections.Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was carried out on the variety,dosage,consumption sum,DDDs and DDDc of TCM injections in the whole hospital during 2021-2022 using HIS information system.Results Compared with 2021,the number of varieties of TCM injections used in a hospital in 2022 decreased by 2,and the consumption sum of TCM injections in 2022 decreased by 300,000 yuan compared with 2021.In the two years from 2021 to 2022,the frequency of sodium cantharidate,Yanhuuning and thrombotic general drug(DDDs)ranked the top three.The average daily cost of spleen polypeptide(DDDc)ranked first,and sodium cantharidate ranked second.Conclusion The use frequency and average daily cost of TCM injections in a hospital in 2021-2022 are basically controlled within a reasonable range,but the drug monitoring and medical advice comments of the top three should be strengthened to avoid irrational use.
