摘要
非物质文化遗产系统性保护既是非遗科学保护的逻辑起点,也是非遗科学保护面临的全新话题。首先我们要承认非遗自身是一个完整的文化系统,并充分意识到非遗自身的整体性、非遗构成要素的层次性、非遗对外在环境的开放性以及非遗文化基因的稳定性,对于构建非遗系统性保护具有重要意义。对非遗实施系统性保护,不但可以完善非遗保护体系,提升非遗科学保护意识,同时还可以提高我国非遗科学保护的政策制定水平,让我国的非遗保护得到健康发展。
Systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage is a crucial step towards its preservation and poses a new challenge in the field.To perform systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage,it is vital to recognize them as a complete cultural system and understand the importance of their integrity,hierarchical elements,openness to the external environment,and the stability of their cultural genes.Implementing a systematic protection approach not only strengthens the existing protection systems and enhances awareness of scientific protection,but also help improve the policy making and ensure the healthy development of intangible cultural heritage in China.
