摘要
近年来民营医院正在快速发展扩张,在发展过程中提升核心竞争力是每个民营医院管理者的目标。文化建设是民营医院核心竞争力的重要组成部分,对内可提高职工忠诚度与积极性,对外有利于医院品牌宣传与社会公益性体现。但民营医院文化建设过程中存在历史底蕴浅薄、建设成本高、社会诚信危机、内外环境复杂等问题。作者基于实地考察与文献研究,采用SWOT分析法对民营医院文化建设的内、外部环境进行态势分析,并就影响民营医院文化建设发展的劣势与威胁、优势与机会提出民营医院文化建设的策略与建议,为民营医院文化建设提供参考。
With the rapid expansion of private hospitals in China in recent years,to improve the core competitiveness has become the goal of all these hospitals.Culture is a critical component of private hospitals'core competitiveness.Building a robust culture can increase staff loyalty and engagement while enhancing corporate social responsibility and brand advocacy for the hospitals.However,private hospitals frequently encounter issues such as a limited history,high costs,social credit crisis,and complex environment during the culture construction.Using field survey and literature review,we conducted a SWOT analysis to evaluate the internal and external factors affecting cultural construction in private hospitals and proposed relevant strategies and recommendations.
