摘要
近年来,为了提高检修试验效率,牵引供电系统进行了多种检修形式的探索,比如一个或者多个牵引变电所的平行作业,分一次设备、二次设备、远动系统的大兵团作业等,但这些达不到数量级的效率提升远远跟不上电气化铁路增长的速度,致使牵引供电系统的春季预防性试验变成了现在的全年性质的检修试验。同时,既有的检修方式手续繁杂且被检修设备周围80%以上的区域带电运行,稍有不慎就会造成人员触电。牵引变电所全所退出运行检修方式,是通过供电能力仿真评价和现场测试,科学地判断出两侧牵引变电所的越区供电能力,为牵引供电系统修程修制改革进行了全新的探索。根据实践情况,提出了牵引变电所设备提升的重点。
In recent years,in order to improve the maintenance test efficiency,the traction power supply system has carried out exploration of various maintenance forms,such as the parallel operation of one or more traction substations,the large-scale operation of primary equipment,secondary equipment and telecontrol system,etc..However,these results cannot achieve the order of magnitude efficiency improvement,which is far below the growth rate of the electrified railway.As a result,the spring preventive test of traction power supply system has become a year-round maintenance test.At the same time,in the existing maintenance methods,the procedures are complicated and more than 80%of the areas around the equipment to be overhauled are live running,and therefore a little carelessness will cause electric shock.The entirely out-of-service maintenance mode of the traction substation is to scientifically judge the power supply capacity of the two side traction substations across the area through the power supply capacity simulation evaluation and on-site testing,which can be considered as a new exploration for the reform of the maintenance system of the traction power supply system.According to the practice,the focal points of equipment promotion in traction substation are put forward.
