摘要
我国城镇化进程已经进入质量提升的下半场,对存量空间进行适度减量调整成为城市高质量发展的必然要求,建设用地复垦成为空间挖潜提升的重要手段。研究以广州为例,应用第三次全国国土调查数据,对市域尺度的建设用地复垦潜力的定量评价方法进行系统性探索,提出建设用地复垦潜力的来源类型和识别方法,构建复垦潜力评价指标体系,并借助ArcGIS软件实现评价结果的空间矢量化,为存量规划中建设用地复垦的科学评价与实施提供技术依据。
The urbanization process in China has entered the second half of quality improvement,and moderate reduction and adjustment of the existing space has become an inevitable requirement for highquality urban development.The reclamation of construction land has become an important means for spatial potential improvement.Taking Guangzhou as an example,this paper applies the data from the Third National Land Survey to systematically explore the quantitative evaluation method of construction land reclamation potential at the city scale.The source types and identification methods of construction land reclamation potential are proposed,and a reclamation potential evaluation index system is constructed.The spatial vectorization of the evaluation results is achieved with ArcGIS software,providing a technical basis for the scientific evaluation and implementation of construction land reclamation in stock planning.
