摘要
针对目前存在的复杂问题,以协同创新理论为基础,并通过对天水麦积康养小镇加以剖析,发现当前我国普遍存在生态旅游与养老产业协同发展的理念相对不成熟、前期规划与后期实践脱节、各类配套设施不完善以及员工岗前培训不到位、遇突发事件处理不及时等问题。由此提出了以下对应的协同路径:提高发展理念,牢固服务第一的精神;促进交流,深入实际,做好前期规划与后期实践的衔接;完善相应的配套设施,提高软硬件质量;加强员工培训,提高服务素质以及对应急事件的处理能力等,创新发展打造康养小镇,以期对同类发展的产业提供借鉴。
To address the current complex problems,based on the theory of collaborative innovation and through analysis of Tianshui Maiji Healthcare Town,it is found that there are generally problems in China,such as relatively immature concepts for the coordinated development of ecotourism and elderly care industry,disconnection between early planning and later practice,incomplete supporting facilities,inadequate pre-job training for employees and untimely handling of emergencies.The following corresponding collaborative paths have been proposed:improving development concepts and firmly adhering to the spirit of service first;promoting communication,deepening practical experience and connecting early planning with later practice;bettering corresponding supporting facilities and perfecting the quality of software and hardware;strengthening employee training,optimizing service quality,handling emergency events,innovating and developing to create a healthy town in order to provide reference for similar industries.
