摘要
一母多馈线结构常出现一条馈线发生弧光接地事故,造成另外一条电缆馈线发生击穿跳闸事件,严重影响电网安全运行。文中建立10 kV多馈线电缆线路,分析过电压波形以及过电压特征,研究过电压抑制措施以及断路器动作时间对过电压传递影响。结果表明:断路器动作时间小于10 ms时能有效抑制过电压传递;消弧线圈处于全补偿的效果最佳;避雷器能够降低过电压幅值,且避雷器安装在线路末端时抑制效果最佳;对比3种抑制方案可得,10 ms内切除故障和线路末端安装避雷器能够有效抑制过电压传递。此研究成果可为线路弧光过电压的抑制提供参考。
Arc grounding accident often occurs in one feeder in one bus with multi feeder structure,which causes breakdown and trip of the other cable feeder,seriously affecting safe operation of power grid.In this paper,the 10 kV multi feeder cable line was set up,the over-voltage waveform and characteristics were analyzed and the influence of over-voltage suppression measures and operation time of circuit breaker on over-voltage transmission was studied.The results show that in case of operation time of the circuit breaker less than 10 ms,the over-voltage transmission can be effectively suppressed.The effect of arc suppression coil in full compensation is best.The arrester can reduce the over-voltage amplitude and the suppression effect,in case of installing the arrester at the end of the line,is best.It can be concluded by comparing the three suppression schemes that clearing the fault within 10 ms and installing arrester at the end of the line can effectively suppress the over-voltage transmission.The results can provide reference for the the arc voltage suppression.
