摘要
绝缘子表面电荷积聚是高压直流GIS/GIL需要重点关注的绝缘问题,近年来关于绝缘子表面电荷积聚机理、消散、检测等方面的研究工作取得了很大进步。论文对面向工程化的直流GIL绝缘子表面电荷主动消散和检测方法进行探讨;提出表面电荷本征积聚和外诱积聚的概念,为直流GIL在设计、运行、维护阶段减少电荷积累铺平了道路;对基于X射线辐照的绝缘子表面电荷GIS/GIL罐体外的主动消散方法进行讨论,提出基于嵌入式静电传感器的绝缘子表面电荷积聚严重程度的评估方法,为直流GIL工程化提供理论和技术支撑。
The surface charge accumulation of insulator is an insulation problem that needs to be focused on in high-voltage DC GIS/GIL.In recent years,great progress has been made in the research of charge accumulation mechanism,dissipation,and detection of insulator surface.In this paper,the active dissipation and detection methods of surface charge on DC GIL insulator for engineering applications are discussed.The concepts of intrinsic and extrinsic accumulation of surface charge are proposed,which pave the way to reduce charge accumulation at the design,operation and maintenance stages of DC GIL.The active dissipation methods of insulator surface charge outside the GIS/GIL enclosure based on X-ray irradiation are discussed.The assessment method of surface charge accumulation degree of insulator based on embedded electrostatic sensors is proposed,which provides theoretical and technical supports for engineering applications of DC GIL.
