摘要
2021年4月,全国职业教育大会创造性地提出了建设技能型社会的理念和战略。技能型社会是国家重视技能、社会崇尚技能、人人学习技能、人人拥有技能的社会。在此背景下,全国地方各级人民政府应积极响应技能型社会建设的时代号召,立足服务型政府、协调型政府、引导型政府的时代定位,开展优化政府技能供给公共服务职能、优化政府技能供给宏观管理职能、优化政府技能供给社会管理职能的“三个优化”实践探索,以满足全面建设技能型社会的实际需求。
In April 2021,the National Conference on Vocational Education creatively proposed the concept and strategy of building a skill-based society.The country attaches importance to skills,society values skills,everyone learns skills,and everyone possesses skills are the basic components of a skill-based society.The four parts complement each other and leverage the synergistic effect of building a skill-based society.China is accelerating the construction of a skill-based society,and local governments at all levels are actively responding to the call of the times driven by social demand orientation,market power mix,and social subject advantages.It's believed that in the process of building a skill-based society,the government must stick to the“three optimizations”principle,enhance the efficiency of public services,macro management,and social management by optimizing government skills,in order to meet the demands of comprehensively promoting the construction of a skill-based society.
