考虑时变计划延误成本的普通驾驶和共享无人驾驶的通勤选择

Study on the Morning Commute Choice for Regular and Shared Autonomous Vehicles Based on Continuous Scheduling Preference

摘要 计划延误成本的设定对早高峰通勤行为的分析有着至关重要的作用.文章基于时变计划延误成本假设,考虑普通驾驶和共享无人驾驶两种出行方式,构建早高峰通勤模型,研究时变计划延误成本假设对早高峰通勤行为的影响.与常数延误成本假设不同,时变计划延误成本假设通勤者的单位延误成本是随时间变化的.研究结果表明,时变计划延误成本假设下通勤者出发率和最优收费均为非线性曲线;与基于时变计划延误成本假设的模型相比,常计划延误成本假设的模型总是高估共享无人驾驶内生市场渗透率、系统总成本和对共享无人驾驶汽车的最优收费,低估早高峰持续时长和对传统汽车的最优收费.因此,考虑计划延误成本的时变效应有助于交通管理部门制定更加精确的配套政策. The portraying on the schedule delay cost is critical to the analysis of morning commute behaviors in rush hour.Based on continuous scheduling preference,this study establishes the morning commute model and analyzes the impact of continuous scheduling preference on travel behaviors by considering both RVs(regular vehicles) and SAVs(shared autonomous vehicles).Different from discontinuous scheduling preference,continuous scheduling preference assumes the unit delay cost of commuters varies with time.The results show that the departure rate and optimal toll based on continuous scheduling preference are both nonlinear;Compared with the bottleneck model with continuous scheduling preference,the one with discontinuous scheduling preference always overestimate the endogenous penetration of SAVs,the system travel cost,and the optimal toll charged on shared autonomous vehicles,underestimate the duration time of morning rush hour and the optimal toll charged on regular vehicles.So,considering continuous scheduling preference can help administrators to formulate more targeted supporting policies.
