摘要
目前国内商用车气动密封产品材料基本为FKM,其产品耐低温性能较差,在冬季会出现车辆启动时低温漏气的故障,但在热车后故障即可排除。针对此问题,对商用车变速箱产品的工况、国内外公司的气动密封圈材料做了相关陈述,说明了目前产品的来源、现状及优化方案,通过对FKM、HNBR等材料做了相关物理性能测试、台架试验,对气动密封产品的材料选择做了相关推荐,为后续产品设计提供了指导。
At present,the pneumatic sealing product material in the domestic commercial vehicle is mainly FKM,which have poor low temperature capability.When the vehicle starts in winter,there will be a low-temperature air leakage failure,but this failure will disappear when warmed.For this phenomenon,this paper illustrates the working conditions of commercial vehicle transmission and the materials of other companies.We explain the source,situations and supply optimizations.Through lots of physical tests and bench tests for FKM,HNBR and so on.We make a suggestion table for the choosing of sealing material in commercial vehicle transmission,which provides guidance for subsequent product design.
