乡村基础教育的家校合作共育研究

摘要 乡村基础教育为乡村人才振兴提供了教育保障,具有教育功能多样性、教育结构低重心性、教育效果的区域不平衡性等特点.在乡村家校合作共育的过程中,存在着家校合作意识淡薄、共育内容和形式单一、办学条件落后、师资短缺和教育管理效能低等问题.需要开展多样的家长教育、丰富教育内容和形式、多方获取经济支持、提高教师待遇和优化教育管理机制,以此建立高质量的乡村基础教育体系,培养乡村振兴人才. Rural basic education provides educational guarantee for the revitalization of rural talents.It has the characteris-tics of diversity of educational function,low emphasis of educational structure and regional imbalance of educational effect.In the process of rural home-school cooperation and co-education,there are some problems such as weak awareness of home school cooperation,single content and form of co-education,backward schooling conditions,shortage of teachers and lack of education management.It is necessary to carry out diversified education for parents,enrich the content and form of education,obtain eco-nomic support from various sources,improve the treatment of teachers and perfect the educational management mechanism,so as to establish a high-quality rural basic education system and cultivate rural revitalizing talents.
