摘要
目的探讨经颅磁脑病生理治疗仪、针灸联合高压氧对颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月江西省景德镇市第二人民医院收治的80例颈性眩晕患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组患者采用经颅磁脑病生理治疗仪+高压氧治疗,观察组患者在其基础上加用针灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、眩晕程度[颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)]、椎-基底动脉血液流速[左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)]及复发情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗10 d的ESCV评分、LVA、RVA、BA血液流速均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈性眩晕患者采用经颅磁脑病生理治疗仪、针灸联合高压氧治疗效果较好,可改善眩晕程度,提高椎-基底动脉血液流速,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcranial magnetic encephalopathy physiological therapy apparatus,acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen on cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with transcranial magnetic encephalopathy physiological therapy apparatus+hyperbaric oxygen,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,vertigo degree(evaluation scale for cervical vertigo[ESCV]),vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity(left vertebral artery[LVA],right vertebral artery[RVA],basilar artery[BA])and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ESCV score,LVA,RVA and BA blood flow velocity of observation group after 10 days of treatment were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transcranial magnetic encephalopathy physiological therapy apparatus,acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment is better,which can improve the degree of vertigo,increase the vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity,and reduce the recurrence rate.
