摘要
目的探讨静脉治疗小组参与护理在新生儿经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)置管中的应用。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月于西藏自治区人民医院儿科进行PICC置管的150例新生儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各75例。对照组采用常规PICC置管护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用静脉治疗小组参与护理。比较两组生活质量、不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉治疗小组参与护理在新生儿PICC置管中的应用可提高新生儿生活质量及护理满意度,有效减少不良事件的发生。
Objective To investigate the application of intravenous therapy team participation nursing in neonates with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization.Methods A total of 150 neonates who underwent PICC catheterization in the Department of Pediatrics of People’s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine PICC catheterization nursing,and the observation group received intravenous therapy team participation nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intravenous therapy team participation nursing in neonates with PICC catheterization can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of neonates,and effec tively reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
