摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月菏泽海吉亚医院收治的84例肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组患儿给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组采用盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,研究组患儿治疗后症状消失时间早于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,肺功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎能够减轻症状,抑制炎症反应,改善肺功能,具有显著的临床效果,且安全性高,值得应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Propicatol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 84 children with pneum onia in Heze Hygeia Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random drawing method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride,while the study group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Propicatol Hydrochloride.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of symptom resolution in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,the level of inflammatory factor in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the pulmonary function in the s tudy group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the difference in the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Propicatol Hydrochloride treating pediatric pneumonia can relieve symptoms,inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve lung function,with remarkable clinical effect and high safety,whic h is worth applying and promoting.
