摘要
目的分析抑郁障碍青少年发生非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)的影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月于上海市奉贤区精神卫生中心就诊的130例抑郁障碍青少年,采用单因素及多因素logistic分析抑郁障碍青少年发生NSSI的影响因素。结果共59例抑郁障碍青少年发生NSSI,发生率为45.38%。单因素分析结果显示,抑郁障碍青少年发生NSSI与性别、独生子女、隔代抚养、家庭功能不全、焦虑有关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、隔代抚养、家庭功能不全、焦虑是抑郁障碍青少年发生NSSI的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论性别、隔代抚养、家庭功能不全、焦虑是抑郁障碍青少年发生NSSI的影响因素,家庭、学校及社会应更加重视抑郁障碍青少年,减少NSSI的发生。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of non-suicidal self-injury behavior(NSSI)in adolescents with depressive disorder.Methods A total of 130 adolescents with depressive disorder were selected from Shanghai Fengxian District Mental Health Center from January 2019 to December 2021.Univariate and multivariate logistic analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of NSSI in adolescents with depressive disorder.Results A total of 59 adolescents with depressive disorder developed NSSI,the incidence was 45.38%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the occurrence of NSSI in adolescents with depressive disorder was related to gender,only child,intergenerational parenting,family dysfunction and anxiety(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that gender,intergenerational parenting,family dysfunction and anxiety were the influencing factors for NSSI in adolescents with depressive disorder(P<0.05).Conclusion Gender,intergenerational parenting,family dysfunction and anxiety are the influencing factors of NSSI in adolescents with depressive disorder.Families,schools and society should pay more attention to adolescents with depressive disorder,to reduce the occurrence of NSSI.
