摘要
数字化技术改变了劳动者与劳动资料的结合方式,促进了生产力的发展,进而改变了人与人之间的协作关系,催生了依托平台经济的零工就业群体。在智能数字化技术对工作任务形成补充与替代的影响下,零工劳动市场愈发显现职业岗位极化的发展趋势,重塑着劳动者的技能结构需求,继而对以培养技术技能人才为目标的职业教育提出新的要求。为应对这一新变化,职业教育人才培养需在培养目标、专业结构、课程体系、教学方式等方面进行系统性调整优化。
Digital technology changes the way of combining workers and labor materials,promotes the development of productivity,changes the cooperation relationship between people,and gives birth to the gig employment group relying on the platform economy.Under the influence of intelligent digital technology to supplement and replace work tasks,the gig labor market increasingly shows the development trend of occupational polarization,reshaping the demand for workers'skill structure,and then putting forward new requirements for vocational education aimed at training technical talents.In order to cope with this new change,vocational education personnel training needs to be systematically adjusted and optimized in training objectives,professional structure,curriculum system,teaching methods and other aspects.
